He obtained B.S. degree in Microelectronics from Nanjing University in 2016. His undergraduate research concentrated on growth of in-plane silicon nanowires and fabrication of nanoelectronic devices. Currently his research interests includes controlling the angular momentum of photons with metasurface and other works which can combine his semiconductor background with nanophotonics.
