Mr. Chang received his B.S. at Huazhong University of Science & Technology, majoring in Optoelectronic Information Science and Engineering. He is now working as a Ph.D candidate in Penn State University at NanoLight, supervised by Professor Ni. His major research field includes the design and numerical simulation of optical metasurfaces, and related applications for them in various areas.
